What is ZenArt?
ZenArt is a cooperative that helps artists and entertainment professionals manage the administrative, tax and social security aspects of their work, allowing them to focus on their art.
What are the benefits of enrolling in ZenArt?

How much does it cost to enroll in ZenArt?
ZenArt membership costs 15 euros per month, but is free for the first 4 months.
Is the 15 euro monthly payment a fixed cost or does it depend on the number of evenings I do?
The 15 euro monthly payment is a fixed fee that will be paid monthly regardless of the number of evenings performed.
How can I sign up for ZenArt?

I am part of a musical group. Can I sign up as a group or does each artist have to sign up individually?
It is not possible to register as a group but only as an individual artist.

What type of contract does ZenArt offer?
In ZenArt you are hired as a partner under the national artists’ contract. An on-call contract with non-mandatory response.
Does ZenArt provide automatic quotes?

Does ZenArt provide the mandatory safety courses?
ZenArt mainly offers legally required safety courses.
Can I open a VAT number with ZenArt?
No, ZenArt does not offer the possibility of opening a VAT number.
Can I get paid directly by the venue where I worked and pay ZenArt the percentage?
No, the client will pay ZenArt and once the fee is received it will be sent net of taxation.

ZenArt Academy allows you to teach on the books, handling the administrative and fiscal aspects for you.
How much does it cost to enroll in ZenArt Academy?
ZenArt Academy membership costs 15 euros per month, but is free for the first year. If you are already enrolled in ZenArt, the cost is 10 euros per month.
What kind of contract does ZenArt Academy offer?
ZenArt Academy offers a part-time contract for social cooperative teachers.
